Although much of it goes a long way towards giving the setting a real feeling of place, the use of archaic and unheard of words (at least to me, and I read prolifically) made it seem as though the author was trying JUST a bit too hard to be taken seriously. I could tell that this Dr Craine is a little bit strange maybe, and the setting of the mortuary intrigued me. She absolutly LOVES Dinasaurs and loves to draw them. If you are not well you cannot be a good support person for your family/friend experiencing anxiety issues.
